How do I FTP my website to the server?

The easiest way is to download an FTP application like Smart FTP. This gives you a graphical view of everything. You then need to enter your server name into the application (EG: yourdomain.com). The username / password to access your server via FTP are in your original welcome letter.

Once you are connected, simply upload your files to the "public_html" folder and you are finished.

Please Note: For novice users, please don't delete any of the folders "outside or below" the public_html folder. These are required for your hosting service to operate correctly so deleting them may stop your hosting from functioning.
