Once you receive your SSL Certificate (CRT) from the SSL provider, you will need to go to SSL/TLS Manager in your cPanel management (details to access cPanel are in your welcome email).
In the SSL/TLS Manager, go to Certificates (CRT). You can then paste the entire CRT text from your email into the box on the page. Once you submit, if everything is OK, you will see a new certifcate available for use. If there are any issues, you will prompted with the reason for the problem.
Once your certificate is loaded, go back to the main SSL/TLS Manager page and then go to Activate SSL on your web site (HTTPS). Now choose your SSL domain from the dropdown menu. If your certificate is already loaded (above step) then you can simply click the Fetch button and your certificate should load automatically. Otherwise, you will need to paste in your certificate text in the first box.
Once all the boxes are complete, click on Install Certificate and you should be all done.
